Affinity Support Services was built to help people manage their mental health and behavioral concerns through professional counseling and other rehabilitative therapies. Our Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) are sponsored by the Minnesota Department of Human Services for those with a mental health diagnosis, Medical Assistance, or a Prepaid Medical Assistance Product.
With our consultants, we aim to help individuals live independently in their homes or places of residence. Services are provided in four areas:
